We meditate (think) on the living word of God - our Heavenly Father- (the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob). We worship Jesus Christ, our Lord, and savior, through, biblical meditation, and communal prayer.

With meditation, the bible is our only resource. We strictly meditate (think) on biblical scripture in a small group setting. We do not participate nor practice yoga, new age philosophy/teachings, sage burning, crystals, stones, chanting, or any somatic release practices as with secular meditation practices.

We are lead by the Holy Spirit and we pray in the Spirit (heavenly tongues). Jesus Christ is the center and focus of our prayer and meditation.

We typically offer transformational retreats (seasonal) and online groups and resources for prayer and meditation in community.
