BeStill Women Meditation Events & Gatherings

Meditation simply means "to think deeply" or to "think carefully" about something. While secular meditation aims for an empty mind, biblical meditation focuses on being full of thought. As described in the Bible, it involves thinking deeply about God's written word or carefully considering what God has said so we may receive revelation from His Holy Spirit. Meditation is a revelatory practice! Without meditation, we miss the opportunity for the written word of God to enter our hearts.

Our thoughts, attitudes, and core beliefs are shaped by both positive and negative influences from life experiences, which can affect our behavior, potential, and ability to connect with God, our Father in Heaven. At BeStill Women, we utilize biblical meditation to release unhealthy conditioned beliefs, thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors, replacing them with the living word of God through biblical principles. This transformative process involves unlearning who we are and understanding who we are in Christ, digesting the words of the Bible, renewing our minds, and living according to what God said.
